AFTER THE ALGORITHM
Building Bridges from Bits to People
AFTER THE ALGORITHM
What does artificial "intellligence" mean for your job, your creativity, your community? Find answers at «After The Algorithm», a new 10-day festival for curious minds from all backgrounds: artists, researchers, business leaders – and you. We'll explore what "intelligent" machines really mean for our lives through exhibitions, performances, workshops, and open discussions. Challenge, explore, and reimagine with us. Come curious. Leave informed.
AArtifical "intelligence" is reshaping society, but most people feel left out of the conversation. Technical jargon, marketing spin, and science fiction fears create a growing gap between those who build these systems, and those who are affected by them. We believe that when technology impacts all of us, understanding it shouldn't require a computer science degree – just curiosity. Our festival opens that door – through art, science, experiences and conversations that make AI tangible and open to everyone's critique.
Discover new artworks by celebrated artists including Prix Ars Electronica winner Martyna Marciniak, LA-based Lauren Lee McCarthy, and Alexander Mordvintsev, the creator of Google Deep Dream. In our workshops, you can meet your childhood self in virtual reality, reimagine your city with AI tools, or have a conversation with Digital Einstein. Panel discussions bring together artists, researchers, and community voices to explore the future of art, the changing world of work, and our digital rights.
