Mathias Stach began his professional career at IBM Germany as a project manager and consultant. He then worked for the VW Group for 17 year as a Head of Technology Management, Head of IT Architecture and Chief Technologist. From 2022, Mathias was an associate partner at Drees & Sommer, where he was responsible for integrated factory planning, robotics, and the industrial metaverse. Since 2026, he has been co-founder, CEO and CTO of the deep tech startup Auroniq Robotics.
