For over twenty years, he has been advising public sector organizations and companies in the fields of infrastructure, energy, health, culture, and education. After holding management positions at agencies and companies, he established the public sector division at HOI as a central pillar of the agency. His focus is on developing sustainable communication strategies, transparent media relations, dialogue with stakeholders, and the design and implementation of information and event formats. As a former culture editor and journalist, Jan-Jesse has a strong affinity for the arts and combines analytical thinking with narrative precision and a keen sense of content and audience.
