Isotta Magistrali is a Master’s student in Computer Science at ETH Zurich, with a Bachelor’s in Mathematical and Computing Sciences for AI from Bocconi University. She has industry experience at the UBS Group AG and has contributed as a research assistant across AI, computational neuroscience, medicine, finance, and physics. Her research explores the intersection of human experience and artificial «intelligence», driven by curiosity about what psychology and cognition can bring to how we build and understand AI systems. As a former artistic gymnast and professional violinist, she sees creativity and rigour as two sides of the same coin.
