Charlotte Axelsson heads the Centre for Digital Learning at the PH Zurich University of Teacher Education. With her interdisciplinary background in communication design and education, she pursues a visionary perspective: for her, digital learning is much more than the use of modern tools – it is a lively, agile process that activates creativity and curiosity. In her research at the University of Zurich, she focuses on aesthetic issues and design principles in learning technology, with the aim of developing technology-supported, human-centred educational concepts that enrich the learning experience.
