Benjamin Gut serves as Legal Counsel at SUISA, the Swiss cooperative for music authors and publishers. He contributes to policy analysis and debate on how developments such as artificial «intelligence» are transforming licensing models, payment structures and the music ecosystem more broadly. With degrees in law (MLaw) and music (MA), and an ongoing practice as a sound engineer and studio owner, he approaches questions of authorship, creativity and regulation with both legal expertise and firsthand experience.
